Warehouse Manager
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for operations, efficiency, and team management?
We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our warehouse operations and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

●Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
●At least 10 years of experience in warehouse management (3PL).
●Strong management skills, with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
●Adaptability to change, strong coordination skills, and logical thinking.
●Experience working in a Japanese company will be advantage.
●ISO experience (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 or other relevant standards).
●Good command of English.
●Proficiency in MS Office.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
●Manage staff and stock to make sure work is efficient and accurate.
Make sure all work follows safety rules and regulations.
●Take care of warehouse equipment and facilities so they work well.
●Look for ways to improve work processes to save time and reduce costs.
●Coordinate logistics and distribution activities (both internal and external)
●Keep correct records and prepare clear reports about warehouse operations.
●Manage the department budget and control daily operating costs.
●Submit reports on warehouse activities and inventory movement.
●Manage all activities to comply with ISO standards.
