Sales Analyst (Junior level)
The Sales Operational Excellence Executive is to coordinate and support sales teams to ensure smooth execution of daily operations and key sales activities.
Qualification
●1–3 years of experience in Sales coordination or sales support
●Understanding of sales processes (PO, billing, and stock)
●Experience in preparing sales, stock, and spending reports
●Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel & Power BI)
●Strong coordination and communication skills
●Attention to detail and process-oriented
●Passionate about process improvement and operational efficiency
●Experience in retail or FMCG business is a plus.
Responsibility
●Coordinate & support Sales teams to ensure smooth execution of daily operation and key sales activities.
●Coordinate trade spending, promotional investment, and support Key Account Manager in budget tracking.
●Monitor sell-in, sell-out, stock inbound data and provide daily reports to Key Account Managers, Key account executives.
●Handle administrative & operational tasks. PO tracking, order fulfilment, coordinate with supply chain, distributor and Key Account Manager to maintain delivery accuracy.
●Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve process & workflow.
●Maintain accurate sales reports, price updates and customer information.
●Drive operational excellence to enhance sales effectiveness and productivity.
