Sales Manager (Japanese Nationality)

Our client is seeking a Sales Manager (Japanese Nationality) to build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese clients. In this role, you will manage existing customer accounts, identify new business opportunities, and act as the key liaison between customers and the company. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys developing long-term client relationships and driving business growth.

Work Location: Chaing Mai, Thailand
Salary: Negotiable
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Compensation & Benefits

– Bonus: Annual bonus (paid in December), average of 2 months’ salary

Qualification

Japanese nationality who is able work in Chiang Mai.
Previous experience in sales, account management, or business development.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Valid driver's license. (If any)
Willingness to travel for customer visits.

Job Description

Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese customers.
Visit customers regularly to understand their business needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Develop new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
